Can I cancel anytime?
If you’re not completely satisfied with the program within 30 days of enrollment, simply get in touch to receive a full refund. Please give us 5 days before the next billing cycle to cancel your account.
Can I freeze my membership?
Unfortunately, it’s too complicated technically to freeze your membership and we’ve found that when you want to pull back is actually when you often need support and community more than ever. So it’s important to prioritize your membership as best you can and if you need to stop before the 30-day cooling-off period, we’re so sorry to see you go but we’ll do our best to understand.
Once I’ve cancelled, do I still have access?
The short answer is no. If you cancel before the 30-day cooling-off period, your access to our content, coaching, classes or the membership community will be removed.
Can I sign-up after I’ve cancelled?
Consistency is key when it comes to stop the family feuds and start rebuilding your relationship with your kid. You won’t get the results you want and deserve that way and, quitting only leaves you feeling worse. So, if you find that membership wasn’t a fit for some reason and change your mind later, you’re able to join us again. Whether you’re dealing with a tantrum-throwing toddler or a rebellious teen, this program will give you tools to get along better with your child—and become the conscious, confident parent you’ve always wanted to be. So, before you quit, please think it through carefully.
Are there any fees involved to cancel?
Yes, there will be a $50 USD admin processing fee deducted from your refund.
